STORE PICKUP

Store Pick-up: 3-7 business days. Please note that website orders will come from our warehouse.

We will email you once this is ready for pick-up at your preferred store of choice (www.ddmusic.ph/stores)

WARRANTY

All items are checked by our Q&A department before shipment. Stringed instruments are also set up beforehand so you can readily enjoy and play our instruments out of the box.

  • 7 day warranty upon receiving of online orders.
  • 7 days after purchasing from physical stores.
  • The wear and tear due to usage of the item are not covered.
  • Modified instruments void the warranty.

CUSTOMIZATION AND REPAIRS

We currently do not have customization. 

For repairs, please get in touch with the store or dealer where you bought the item so they can coordinate the repairs with us.
