LBC Delivery: 7-14 business days depending on LBC schedule

STORE PICKUP

Store Pick-up: 3-7 business days. Please note that website orders will come from our warehouse).

We will email you once this is ready for pick-up at your preferred store of choice (www.ddmusic.ph/stores)

WARRANTY

All items are checked by our Q&A department before shipment. Stringed instruments are also set up beforehand so you can readily enjoy and play our instruments out of the box.

  • 7 day warranty upon receiving of online orders.
  • 7 days after purchasing from physical stores.
  • The wear and tear due to usage of the item are not covered.
  • Modified instruments void the warranty.

CUSTOMIZATION AND REPAIRS

We currently do not have customization and repair services.
