All items are checked by our Q&A department before shipment. Stringed instruments are also set up beforehand so you can readily enjoy and play our instruments out of the box.

  • 1 year warranty upon receiving of online orders.
  • 1 year after purchasing from physical stores.
  • The wear and tear due to usage of the item are not covered.
  • Modified instruments void the warranty.
 

REFUND AND RETURNS

For repairs and warranty concerns, please contact our stores, website, or authorized dealer where the item was purchased.

If the item was purchased from an authorized dealer, kindly coordinate directly with the dealer so they can process the repair or warranty request with us. Repairs and warranty claims are processed only through the original point of purchase.
